       Hammond and George Steuart Commissioners as af.d
       now have in themselves good Right full Power and true
       and Lawfull Authority to Assign and set over the said
       Bond and Judgment and all other the said hereby assigned
       Premisses and every part and Parcel thereof unto the
       said William Brogden his Executors Adm.rs and Assigns
       in manner and form afs.d the said William Brogden his
       Executors Adm.rs & Assigns from time to time and all times
       hereafter saving Defending keeping Harmless and
       Indempnifying the said Robert Gordon, Charles Hammond
       and George Steuart Commissioners as af.d and
       their Successors and their Lands and Tenements Goods
       and Chattels of from and against all Costs Charges
       Damages and Expences which shall or may happen
       or Accrue to them or any of them for or by reason or
       means of this Present Assignment or for or by
       reason or means of any Process that shall be sued
       ^out^ upon or by means of the said Bond and Judgment
       or either of them In Witness whereof the Parties to
       these Presents have hereunto set their Hands and
       Seals the day and Year first above Written
       Sealed & Delivered in            Robert Gordon    seal
       Nich Maccubbin                    Ch.a Hammond   seal
       Rich.d Dorsey                        Geo Steuart         seal

       At the foot of the aforegoing Assignm.t was thus
       Written (Viz.t)

       July 27.th 1748/  Then came before me the Subscriber one
       of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within
       Named Robert Gordon, Charles Hammond and
       George Steuart Esquires Commissioners as within
       Discribed and did severally Acknowledge the within
       Instrument to be their Act and Deed and the Right
       Property Claim and Title of in or to the within
