468) the Name of the said Robert Gordon, Charles Hammond and George Steuart Commissioners as afsd but for the use Benefit and behoof of the said William Brogden his Executors Adm.rs and Assigns to ask Demand sue for levy recover and receive Acquit Release and Discharge the Money hereby Assigned and every or any part thereof and all Money due or ^to^ grow due upon the said Bond or Obligation and Judgment and upon receipt thereof to cause Satisfaction to be Acknowledged upon the Record of the said Judgment or other Proper Discharge in the Name of the said Robert Gordon, Charles Hammond and George Steuart to make and give and also in their Name to Commence Prosecute Perform and do all such further Acts Matters and things relating to the Premisses as he shall think Needfull and requisite And the said Robert Gordon Charles Hammond and George Steuart for themselves Do hereby Covenant and Agree to and with the said William Brogden his Executors Adm.rs and Assigns that they the said Robert Gordon, Charles Hammond and George Steuart have not released or Discharged the said recited Bond or the said Judgment otherwise or in any other Manner than as afsd and the said Principal Sum of fifty Pounds with the Sum of Twenty six Pounds eight Shillings and four pence Current Money for Interest thereon is now Justly & Bona fide due and Owing from the said John Gibson to the said Robert Gordon Charles Hammond and George Steuart Commissioners as af.d and not in any wise released or Discharged than as af.d And also ^that^ the said Robert Gordon, Charles (Hammond) |
