       the Eighth day of April in the Year of our Lord
       seventeen Hundred and forty six Signed and had
       against against the af.d John Gibson and still remains
       upon Record in the Provincial Court of the Province
       af.d unreversed and in full force for one Hundred
       Pounds debt being the Penalty of the said Bond
       besides the Cost of Suit with a Release of the said
       Penalty upon Payment of the Principal Interest and
       Costs of Suit as by the same Bond or Obligation
       and the Records of the same Court relation thereunto
       severally had may more at Large appear Now
       this Indenture Witnesseth that for and
       in Consideration of the Sum of seventy six Pounds
       Eight Shillings and four pence to the said Robert
       Gordon, Charles Hammond and George Steuart
       Commissioners as af.d by the af.d William Brogden
       in hand paid at or before the ensealing and Delivery
       of these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby
       Acknowledged they the said Robert Gordon, Charles
       Hammond and George Steuart Have Assigned
       Transferred and set over and by these Presents Do
       Assign Transfer and set over unto the said William
       Brogden his Executors Admrs and Assigns the
       said Recited Bond or Obligation and the said
       Judgment thereupon Obtained as af.d and all such
       sum and sums of Money as are now due and
       Payable upon or by Virtue thereof and all Benefits
       of the said Bond or Obligation and Judgment or either
       of them and all the Right Title Interest Advantage
       Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said
       Robert Gordon, Charles Hammond and George Steuart
       Commissioners as afsd of in or to the same And the
       said Robert Gordon, Charles Hammond and George
       Steuart do here Constitute and Oppoint the said
       William Brogden to be their Lawfull Attorney in
