                               To which aforegoing Deed was annex'd
       the following Affidavit Viz.t   Thomas Brown Notary Publick
       of London maketh Oath that he was present and did see Tho.s
       Hill by the Stile and Addition of Thomas Hill of Irwin Street
       London Turner heretofore Husband to Abigail Hill deceased
       whose maiden name was Abigail Ungle and who was one
       of the Two Sisters and Coheirs of Robert Ungle late of
       Plain Dealing near the River Choptank in Talbot
       County in the Province of Maryland in America Esquire
       Deceased Signe Seal and in due form of Law Execute
       and deliver the Original Assignment hereunto annexed
       bearing date the Sixteenth day of February one Thousand
       Seven hundred and forty Seven made to Isaac
       Navarro of the Parish of Saint Buttolph without
       Aldgate London Snuff Merchant to and for the several
       uses Intents and Purposes therein mentioned and that
       thereupon he this Deponent together with Abraham
       Ogier did set and Subscribe their names as Witnesses
       thereto as thereby doth and may appear
       Sworn the 16 Day of February               Tho.s Browne
       1747 Before me Rob.t Ladbroke Mayor

       To all to whom these Presents shall come
       I Sir Robert Ladbroke Kn.t Lord Mayor of the City
       of London In Pursuance of an Act of Parliament
       made and passed in the fifth Year of the Reign of our
       Sovereign Lord King George the Second Intituled an Act
       for the more easy Recovery of Debts in his Majesty's
       Plantations and Colonies in America Do hereby
       Certifye that on the day of the date hereof Personally
       came and appeared before me Thomas Brown Notary
       Publick of London being a Person well known and
       worthy of good Credit & by Solemn Oath which he
       then took before me upon the Holy Evangelists of
                                                                   (Almighty)
