Ex.d Maryland fs This Indenture made this 24.th day of
       March Anno Dom One Thousand Seven hundred & forty seven
       By and Between Mack Parr of Prince Georges County of the one
       part and John Howard son of Benjamin of Ann Arundell County
       of the other part Witnesseth that the said Mack Parr (Eldest
       son And Heir of John Parr late of Prince Georges County) for
       & in Consideration of the sum of Ten pounds to me in hand paid
       by the said John Howard the Rec.t whereof I do hereby acknowledge
       and myself therewith fully Content & Satisfyed Do by
       these Presents Bargain Sell set Assign Over Enfeoffe &
       Confirm unto him the said John Howard his Heirs & Assigns
       for ever all that Tract and Parcell of Land called Parr's
       Range Containing (according to the return of Certificate
       thereof One hundred Acres as also all that other Tract or
       Parcell of Land called Bush Creek Hill's Containing
       (according to the the Return of Certificate thereof) One hundred
       Acres be there more or less To have & hold the said Two Tracts
       of Land to him the said John Howard his Heirs and
       Assigns for Ever and I the said Mark Parr do Promise
       for myself my Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs to Warrant and Defend the
       said Two Tracts of Land before mentioned to him the said
       John Howard against all manner of Persons who now Do
       or hereafter may lay any Claim Right or Title to the
       same and further ^that I the s.d Mark Parr Doth Covenant Promise & agree to & with the s.d John Howard^ that I will Execute any other Instrument
       of Writing Deed or Conveyance whatsoever that ^he^ the
       said John Howard or his Council Learned in the Law
       shall Advise for the further & Better Assurance and sure
       making of the before mentioned Bargained Two Tracts
       of Land to him the said John Howard his Heirs and
       assigns for Ever In Witness whereof I have hereunto set
       my hand and affixed my Seal the day and year first
       above Written                           Mark Parr   Seal
       Signed Sealed & Delivered
          in Presence of us
