       be allotted paid Delivered or Conveyed to each Party upon
       which said Reference the said Edmund Jenings hath (amongst
       other things) thought it Reasonable and Just in Lieu of the
       Money and Lands directed by the said Edmund Jenings to be
       paid & Conveyed to the said Benedict Calvert and also of the
       Effects to be retained by him that part of a Tract of Land
       called Bradfords Rest and which part Contains about
       three Thousand Two hundred and Sixteen Acres and also three
       Lotts in Nottingham Condemned at the Suit of the said
       Executors should be Conveyed to the said George Plater in
       fee To which determination as well the said Benedict Calvert
       as the said George Plater and Onorio Razolini have acquiesced
       Consented and Agreed Now this Indenture
       Witnesseth that the said Onorio as well in Pursuance
       of the said Act of Assembly and in Consideration of five
       Shillings Current Money to him the said Onorio Razolini
       in hand paid by the said George Plater as in Compliance with
       the Agreement Consent and Acquiescence to the determination
       af.d And the said Benedict Calvert as well in Consideration
       of five Shillings Current Money to him by the said George Plater
       in hand paid as in Conformity to his said Consent and agreement
       and acquiescence with the said Determination Have Granted
       Bargained Sold Released and Confirmed And by these Presents
       do Grant Bargain Sell Release and Confirm unto the said
       George Plater and his Heirs All that part of the af.d Tract of
       Land called Bradfords Rest lying in Prince Georges County
       & Condemned as af.d Containing three Thousand Two hundred
       and sixteen Acres of Land more or less And also the af.d three
       Lotts of Land Lying in Nottingham Town in the said Town
       County with all Houses Outhouses and appurtenances
       thereto belonging To have and to hold the said Lands and
       Premisses and all Houses Outhouses with the appurtenances
       thereto belonging unto the said George Plater his Heirs and assigns
       And the said Benedict Calvert doth hereby for himself his
