       who was then an Infant between sixteen and seventeen years of
       Age and could not Execute any Deed for conveying any part of such
       Lands to him the said George Plater and his Heirs by which means
       the said Argument could not be Carried into Execution nor the Executors
       Enabled as they were very Desirous to make up on Account
       of the said Estate so that the Sums might be paid to the said
       Elizabeth or such person or Persons as should be thought proper
       to Receive the same It was Enacted that it Should and
       might be Lawful to and for And the said Onorio Razolini
       was thereby Authorized and impowered to make and Execute any
       Deed or Deeds which should be Necessary for Conveying to the said
       George Plater and his Heirs any such part of the said Lands as
       were Condemned as af.d in the name of the said Executors And
       which should be either agreed or Adjudged to be Conveyed to the said
       George Plater and his Heirs in Satisfaction and Lieu of what of
       the said Negroes and Effects or the value or Produce thereof should
       be delivered or paid by the said George Plater for the use and Benefit
       of the said Elizabeth And that such Deed or Deeds made and
       Executed by the said Onorio Razolini in Pursuance and by virtue
       of the said recited Act should be ^and be^ Construed and Adjudged sufficient
       and available in Law to all Intents and Purposes for the
       Conveying to the said George Plater and his Heirs all the Estate
       Right and Title whatsoever either in Law or Equity which the
       said Elizabeth then had or might thereafter have in or to such
       Lands so to be Conveyed by Virtue of the said Recited Act as by
       the said Recited Act Relating being thereto had may more
       at large appear And Whereas since the making of the said
       Act the said Elizabeth hath intermarried with the said Benedict
       Calvert who together with the said Onorio Razolini and the said
       George Plater have referred to the Decision of Edmund Jenings
       Esq.r the determination of what Share or part either of Lands
       Negroes or other moveable Effects or the produce of them which
       have been Condemned on their af.d Respective Attachments shall
