       George Plater and acknowledged the within Deed to be his
       Act and Deed and the Lands therein mentioned to be the Estate
       of the within mentioned Benedict Calvert and his Heirs

       named Benedict Calvert the Sum of five Shillings being the
       Consideration Money within specified I say Recd by me

Ex.d This Indenture made this Ninth day of
       June in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and forty
       Eight Between Onorio Razolini of the City of Annapolis
       in the Province of Maryland Gentleman and the Honourable
       Benedict Calvert of the same place Esq.r of the one part
       and the Honourable George Plater of Saint Marys County
       Esquire of the other part Whereas by an Act of
       Assembly Intituled an Act to enable Onorio Razolini
       to Convey in Right of Elizabeth Calvert an Infant to George
       Plater Esq.r Certain Lands therein mentioned Reciting
       that Whereas Charles Calvert late of the said Province
       Esq.r deced Intestate leaving Two Daughters named
       Anne and Elizabeth and his Widow and Relict Rebeccah
       who Obtained Letters of Administration of the Estate
       of her deceased Husband and about a year afterwards
       also dyed having before made her Testament and last
       Will and thereof appointed Benjamin Tasker the said
       George Plater and Onorio Razolini Executors whom
       also she named as Guardian of her Two Children which
       said Will the said George Plater and Onorio Razolini
                                                                         (proved)
