       in Order to ascertain what Share or proportion either of Lands &
       Negroes or other Personal Estate be the Money arising by the
       Sale of them or any of them should be Allotted to each Party they
       the said George Plater and Onorio Razolini together with the
       Honourable Benedict Calvert Esq.r have referred the determination
       of such Allotment as also in what manner the Costs on the
       said Suits ought to be paid by each to my Decision Wherefore
       having Considered the several matters relating to the Subject
       af.d and finding that the Debt Due to the Estate of the said
       Charles Calvert amounted to five hundred and forty nine Pounds
       Twelve Shillings and six pence Sterling And the Debt due
       to the said George Plater amounted to nineteen hundred and
       thirty Two pounds Two Shillings and seven pence Sterling I am
       of Opinion and think it Reasonable that for the Payment
       of the said five hundred and forty nine pounds Twelve Shillings
       and six pence the said Benedict Calvert should retain and
       appropriate to his own use half of the Tobacco Attached in
       Prince Georges County the value of which half amounted
       by the Appraisment to one hundred and one pounds Two
       Shillings and one penny half penny Sterling and also a
       Negroe Girl valued at nine pounds Sterling And towards
       a further payment of the said Debt a Tract of Land called
       Symonds delight containing three hundred acres valued at
       seventy five pounds Sterling And also another Tract
       called Hoskin's Folly Containing one hundred acres and
       valued at Eight pounds Ten Shillings Sterling both Condemned
       at the Suit of the said George Plater and Onorio Razolini
       for the Benefit of the said Estate shall Continue to be the property
       of the said Benedict Calvert and also that a Tract of
       Land called the Hermitage containing Eight hundred and
       Seventy three Acres valued at at Sixty nine pounds Sixteen
