       Charles Craycroft hath hereunto Set his hand and
       Seal the Day and year first above Written
       Sealed & Delivered                    Charles Craycroft seal
       in the Presence of
       Henry Walls               On the Back of the aforegoing
       W.m Baker               Deed was thus Endorsed (Viz.t)

       June 2.d 1748 Reced of Charles Carroll Esq.r the Sum of
       Three hundred & Twenty Three Pounds Sterling being
       the Consideration Money within mentioned

          Henry Walls W.m Baker

       June 2.d Then came before me the Subscriber one of
       his Ldps Justices of the Provincial Court Charles
       Craycroft and acknowledged the within Deed according to
       an Act of Assembly in that Case made & provided
4 sides Recorded June 2.d 1748            Robert Gordon


Ex.d Whereas Samuel Hyde late of London Merchant
       being Considerably Indebted unto George Plater Esq.r And the
       Estate of the late Honourable Charles Calvert Esq.r he the said
       George Plater together with Onorio Razolini on behalf of
       Elizabeth Calvert on Instant The only Surviving Child and
       Heir at Law of the said Charles Calvert Entered into an agreement
       that Whatever should be Condemned on the Attachments
       issued either by the said George Plater or the said George
       Plater and Onorio Razolini on behalf of the said Estate
       of the said Charles Calvert against the Effects of the said
       Samuel Hyde should be Apportioned in Moietys and not
       in Proportion to their Respective Debts And Whereas
       Several Effects as well of Lands Negroes as other Personal
       Estate have been Condemned on such Attachments And
