442) Shillings and nine pence Sterling and Condemned at the Suit and upon the Attachments of the said George Plater shall be Conveyed by the said George Plater to the said Benedict Calvert in fee And for the payment of the Remaining Two hundred and Eighty five pounds Seventeen Shillings and six pence Sterling the said George Plater shall from time to time as he shall receive Sufficient out of the Effects sold or to be sold belonging to the said Samuel Hyde pay to the said Benedict Calvert one third in Sterling untill the said Sums of Two hundred and Eighty five pounds Seventeen Shillings and five pence shall be fully paid and satisfied together with one third of the Interest (if any) which shall arise on the af.d one Third of the said Principal from the date hereof And for the Payment of the said Sums of Nineteen hundred and thirty Two pounds Two Shillings and Seven pence Sterling it is reasonable and Just that the said George Plater shall retain and enjoy as his sole Property All the other Severall Tracts of Lands according to the value of the appraisment which have been Condemned at his own Suit and which have not been Released or sold by the said George Plater And also that that part of a Tract of Land called Bradfords Rest and three Lotts in Nottingham which were Condemned at the Suit of the said George Plater and Onorio Razolini for the Benefit of the said Estate shall be Conveyed to the said George Plater in fee And that the said George Plater shall retain to his own use the other Moiety of the Tobacco Condemned in Prince Georges County And Further for the payment of what shall still remain due to him The said George Plater shall retain and appropriate (to) |
