       belonged M.rs Joseph To have and to hold the same
       land & all & singular the Premisses hereby granted
       with their & every of their Appurtenances unto the
       said Robert Harding his Heirs & Assignes for Ever

       have set their Hands and Seals the Day and
       Year abovementioned

       Whitenall being examined out of the hearing
       of her said Husband likewise before me acknowledged
       the same according to the form & Direction
       of the Act of Assembly for that Purpose

       Reced (June the 1.st 1748) of M.r Robert Harding Eight
       Shillings Sterling for his Lordships uses (it being the
       Alienation fyne on the within mentioned Land
       supposing the Same to Contain but four hundred
       Acres) by Virtue of a Commission from Benjamin
