Ex.d This Indenture made this 18.th Day of May Anno
       Dom 1748 Between John Whetenhall of Prince
       Georges County in Maryland and Monica his Wife
       of the one Part and Robert Harding Gent of the other
       Part Witnesseth that the said John Whetenhall and
       Monica his Wife for and in Consideration of the Sum
       of Ten Shillings Sterling to them in hand paid by
       the said Robert Harding at or before the Sealing and
       Delivery of these Presents The Receipt whereof the
       said John Whetenhall & Monica his Wife do acknowledge
       & for diverse other Causes & Considerations them
       thereunto moving have Bargained & Sold & by these
       Presents do bargain and sell unto the said Robert
       Harding All that Part of a Tract of land Called S.t Johns
       lying in S.t Marys County that lyes in the Fork between
       the Two main branches on the North West
       side of the Main Swamp & so running up & between
       the Main Swamp & out bounds of S.t Johns untill
