       drawn North West by North one hundred Twenty and six
       Perches thence with a Line drawn South Eighty five degrees
       Easterly three hundred seventy and six Perches thence
       with a Right Line to the first Bounder containing
       three hundred Acres more or less and also one other Tract
       or Parcell of Land called Venture lying and being in
       Somerset County af.d on the North side of Pocomoke
       River af.d Back in the Woods from the said River near
       Pumgateage Fields af.d Bounded and Limitted as in and
       by the Original ^Grant^ thereof relation ^being^ thereunto had may
       appear and Containing One hundred Acres be the same
       more or less Together with all Messuages Buildings
       improvements Profits Priviledges Hereditaments and
       Appurtenances whatsoever unto the same Several Tracts
       of Land belonging or in any manner appurtaining and
       the Reversions and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits
       thereof or incident thereunto To have and to hold
       the said Messuages Tenements Lands and Premisses above
       mentioned and every part and Parcell thereof with the Appurtenances
       unto the said Charles Riggen and his heirs for ever To the intent
       and purpose only that the said Charles Riggen shall and may
       become perfect Tenant of the Freehold of the said Messuages
       Lands and Tenements and Premisses and shall and may
       stand and be seized thereof untill a good and perfect Common
       Recovery with Double Vouchers Over may be duly had suffered
       and Executed of the said Messuages Tenements Lands & Premisses
       according to the usual Course of Common Recoveries for the
       Assurance of Lands and Tenements in such Cases used and
       Accustomed And thereupon it is Covenanted Concluded and
       Agreed by and between all the said Parties to these Presents for
       themselves and their and every of their Heirs by these presents
       in manner following that is to say that the said Charles
