       Attorney or Substitutes one or more under them or any of them to
       make and at their Pleasure to revoke as they shall see occasion
       And generally to do Accomplish Determine and Execute all and
       every such further and other Lawfull and Reasonable Act and
       Acts thing ^&^ Things Device and Devises Whatsoever w.thin or about
       the Premisses shall be unto our said Attorneys or either of them
       either Jointly or Severally thought fit to be done as fully and
       Amply in every respect as We ourselves might or could if Personally
       present Ratifying and allowing for firm and Valid
       and Effectual all and whatsoever our said Attorneys or any
       of them either Joyntly and ^or^ Severally shall Lawfully do
       or cause to be done in our or either of our Names or
       otherwise by force hereof In Witness whereof We the
       said Richard Watts ^and John Carr^ have hereunto set our Hands &
       Seals the fourteenth day of October in the twenty first
       Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
       Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France
       and Ireland King Defender of the Faith &c And in the
       Year of our Lord one Thousand seven Hundred & forty
       seven
