       and James Ritson the Two Subscribing Evidences to the within
       Power of Attorney and made Oath on the Holy Evangelists of
       Almighty God that they saw the within mentioned Richard
       Watts Sign and Seal the Within Power of Attorney and
       afterward heard him acknowledge the same to be his Act and
       Deed and delivered it for the uses within mentioned and in
       his Presence and at his Request they Subscribed the
s.ds same as Evidences Sworn before us Two of his Lordships

Ex.d This Indenture made the fifth day of April in
       the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and forty Eight
       Between Daniel Dulany of Annapolis Esq.r and Henrietta
       Maria his Wife Daughter and heir of Philemon Loyd late
       of Queen Annes County Esq.r deceased of the one part and
       Richard Bennett of Queen Annes County Esq.r of the
       other part Whereas the said Philemon Loyd was seized
       in fee Tail of a Tract or Parcell of Land in Queen
       Annes County called Lloyds Insula Containing seventeen
       hundred and Ninety five Acres and in fee Simple of one
       other Tract called the Purchase Adjoining to the former
       Tract and Containing one Thousand Acres and both Tracts
       together Commonly called or known by the name of the
       Island or Lloyds Island in Wye River Whereas the said
       Philemon Lloyd was also seized in his Demesne as of fee
       of ^and^ in Two Tracts or Parcells of Land in Talbot County One
       Containing One hundred and Nine Acres part of Woolmans
       Heritage and the other Containing Two hundred and six
       Acres being part of a Tract of Land called Woolmans
       Inheritance And Whereas a Common Recovery hath
