       and stead part and Depute William Tyler of Maryland
       Gentleman and the Ex.rs of the Last Will and Testament
       of Henry Messey late of Maryland af.d Merchant deceased
       our True and Lawfull Attorney and Attorneys Jointly and
       Severally for us and in our Names or in the Names of either
       of us and to and for our or either of our own proper use and
       Behoof to ask Demand Sue for Recover and Receive not
       only of and from Doctor Andrew Scott of Maryland af.d
       all Sums of Money Due on Bond or otherwise howsoever
       but also of and from all other Persons and Persons Bodies
       Corporate or Politick Whatsoever or Wheresoever in Maryland
       af.d All and Singular such Debts sum and sums of
       Money Tobacco Goods Merchandizes Effects and demands
       Whatsoever as now are or hereafter shall or may become due
       to us or either of us either as our Joint Conum or ^as^ our
       Seperate Interest by any manner of ways or means
       Whatsoever and to Compound for Adjust and Settle the
       same And in Case of Nonpayment or Delivery of any such
       Debts Sum or Sums of Money Tobacco Goods Merchandizes
       Demands and Effects for us and either of us and in our or
       either of our Names to Sue implead and make answer
       Prosecute and Defend in any Court or Courts of Law or
       Equity and before any Judge or Justices or other Person or
       Persons with us for us or against us or either of us as the
       Case shall require And to deal and Intermeddle in any
       Action or Actions Suits Affairs or Businesses touching or
       concerning us or either of us as they or either of them shall
       see Occasion And upon Receipt of any such Debts Sum or
       Sums of Money Tobacco Goods Merchandizes Demands and
       Effects Acquittances or other proper and Sufficient discharge
       or Discharges for us and either of us and in our or either of our
       Names to make Seal and Deliver And for the purposes af.d
