       that the said Charles Carroll for and in Consideration of the
       sum of Three hundred and Twenty pounds Sterling Money of
       Great Britain to him in hand paid by the said Young Parran
       before the Ensealing and delivery hereof the Receipt whereof the
       said Charles Carroll doth hereby acknowledge and the said
       Young Parran his Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs thereof and therefrom doth
        fully discharge and Allow himself to be fully Satisfyed Contented
       and paid Hath given granted Bargained sold Aliened Enfe^o^ffed
       and Confirmed and by these Presents doth Bargain and
       Sell Enfeoff and Confirm unto him the s.d Young Parran the
       following Lands to wit a Tract or Parcell of Land called
       Preston a Tract of Land called Prestons Neglect and also a
       Tract or Parcell of Land called the Desert all lying
       Contiguous and being in Calvert County af.d which said
       Lands were heretofore on the Twenty Eight day of February in
       the year of our Lord God One Thousand Seven hundred and
       forty three made over and Released to the s.d Charles Carroll
       by Sam.l Jenifer of S.t Marys County son of Daniel of S.t
       Thomas and Elizabeth Jenifer as by the s.d Release Recorded
       in the Land Records of this Province in Lib.r E I N.o 3 fol 479
       together with all and singular the af.d Tracts or Parcells
       of Land and their Appurtenances belonging or any wise
       Appurtaining thereto To have and to hold the said
       Lands and Premisses with all and singular the buildings
       Profits Tenements and hereditaments and appurtenances
       to him the s.d Young Parran his Heirs and Assigns for
       Ever to the only Proper use and behoof of the s.d Young
       Parran his Heirs and Assigns and to no other use intent
       or purpose Whatsoever And the s.d Charles Carroll doth for
       himself and his Heirs Covenant & Agree to Warrant & for
       Ever defend by these Presents the af.d Lands Premisses and
       Appurtenances unto the said Young Parran his Heirs &
       Assigns against all Persons Whatsoever Claiming or to
       Claim from by or under him the said Charles Carroll and
