       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed
       Viz.t May 2.d 1748 Then Came the within mentioned
       Nathan Todd and acknowledged the within Instrument
       to be his Act and Deed according to the within Exp^r^essions
       and the Act of Assembly in that Case made and
       Provided before us Two of his Lordships Justices of
       Ann arundell County Taken and acknowledged before
6 sides us                              Alex.r Warfield son of Rich.d

Ex.d This Indenture made this Eighteenth day of
       April in the year of our Lord Christ one Thousand seven
       hundred and forty Eight Between Edmund Delahuntee
       of Kent County in the Province of Maryland Sadler of
       the one part and Joseph Garnett of the same County
       Sadler of the other part Witnesseth that the same
       Edmund Delahuntee for the Docking Barring and
       Cutting off all Estates Tail and Remainders in Tail
       of and in all that Parcell of Land with the Appurtenances
       being Part of a Tract of Land called Kemps Beginning
       lying and being in Kent County af.d Beginning at a
       Red Oak Tree formerly Bounded standing in the East
       Line of the Original Tract and supposed to be at the end
       of the South Line of a Part of the same Tract formerly
       Sold by Dennis Clark to William Dycus and Running
       from thence North One hundred Twenty and Six Perches
       till it Intersects the East line of a Parcell of Land called
       Sandford then West with that Line One hundred Perches
