42 Same Recovery & Recoverys & all recoverys Settlements & Assurances had or to be had made levyed Executed or Suffered by or between the parties af.d or any of them of or for the af.d Tract of Land called Howards Gift with the appurtenances or any part thereof & shall be & enure & Shall be Deemed adjudged & taken to be & enure to & for the sole & proper use of the af.d James Calder his heirs & Assigns for ever & that the same James Calder from & immediately after the Suffering & Executing the Recovery or Recoverys af.d shall by Virtue thereof & of these presents stand & be lawfully seized of & in the Same Tract ^or parcell^ of Land & appurtenances called Howards Gift to & for the proper use of him the same James Calder his heirs & assigns for ever & to & for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the parties af.d have hereunto Interchangeably Sett their hands & Seales the Day & year first above Written Sealed & Delivered in Psence of her John Emory Anne A Parr Seal Matthew Dockery Mark Nathaniel Wright Seal Tho Wilkinson Seal On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t) Be it remembred that on the second Day of March Anno Dom Seventeen hundred & forty four the within named Anne Parr & Nathaniel Wright & Tho.s Wilkinson came & personally appeared before me one of the right Honourable the Lord proprietary his Justices of the Prov.l Court of Maryland and severally acknowledged the within written ^Deed^ to be their proper Act & Deed In testimony whereof have hereunto Sett my hand the Day & year above written W.m Rogers Recorded April 12 1745 Vide recovery recorded in Lib E I N.o 9 fol 357 12 |
