       hundred and thirty Eight Robert Cleaver otherwise called Thomas
       Temple was Convicted of Felony and at the Delivery of the Goal held
       for this County on the Twenty eighth day of March following 1739
       was Ordered to be Transported to one of his Majestys Colonies and
       Plantations in America for the Term of fourteen years to be Computed
       from the time of his Conviction And was afterwards sent away in
       Order to his Transportation accordingly But was as he now alledged
       brought Back into this Kingdom against his Will It is Ordered by
       this Court that the said Robert Cleaver otherwise called Thomas Temple
       be Transported as soon as Conveniently may be to some one of his
       Majestys Colonies & Plantations in America for the Remainder of  
       the Term for which he was Ordered to be Transported as af.d And
       Whereas at the Session of Goal Delivery held for this County on
       Wednesday the fifteenth day of April last William Webb was
       Attainted of Felony for which he was excluded the Benefit of
       Clergy and his Majesty hath been since ^been^ Graciously Pleased to
       extend his Royal Mercy to him upon Condition of Transportation
       for fourteen years ^and^ Intimation thereof hath been Signifyed to this
       Court by one of his Majestys Principal Secretarys of State it is
       also ordered by this Court that the said William Webb be in like
       manner Transported to some one of his Majestys Colonies & Plantations
       in America for the Term of fourteen years to be Computed
       from the Time of his Conviction in af.d And Whereas at the present
       Session of Goal Delivery John Jones and Samuel Hurlstone have been
       Convicted of several Thefts & Larcenies for which they are liable to the
       Penalty of Burning in the hand or Whipping it is further Ordered
       that they the said John Jones and Sam.l Hurlstone Be likewise
       Transported to some of his Majestys Colonies and Plantations in
       America for the Term of Seven years And it is Ordered that Sir
       Charles Mordaunt Baronett Edward Willis his Majestys Serjeant
       at Law the Rev.d William Greenwood Doctor in Divinity Matthew
