       Peace to the next Court of General Goal Delivery to be
       held in and for the said County
       Copy Exacted by me         E Maddock Cl of assize
       Tho.s Imber Dep Cl of the peace
                   1747

       Southton Whereas we whose Names are hereto Subscribed in
       Pursuance of an Order of Assizes (of which the within is a True
       Copy) have Contracted with Andrew Reid of the City of London
       Merchant for the Transportation of the within named 11 Felons
       (to wit) Jane Thacker Thomas Jones William Whitby Sam.l
       Jones Edward Rose Richard Lawrence John Hanry Ann White
       John Collins George Massey and Francis Montgomery to one
       of his Majestys Colonies or Plantations in America Now we do
       hereby in further Pursuance of the said Order and by Virtue
       of the several Acts of Parliament in that Case made and
       Provided Authorize and require the said Andrew Reid Effectually
       to Transport them according to such Contract dated this 6.th

Ex.d      At the General Delivery of the Goal of our Lord the
       King of his County of Warwick holden at Warwick in
       and for the said County on Saturday the fifteenth Day of
       August in the one and Twentieth year of the Reign of our
       Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great Britain &c
       Before Sir Martyn Wright Knight one of the Justices of our
       said Lord the King assigned to hold pleas before the King himself
       Sir Michael Foster Knight one other of the Justices of our said
       Lord the King assigned to hold pleas before the King himself and
       others their Fellows Justices &c

       Whereas at the Delivery of the Goal held for this County on
       Saturday the Twentieth Day of July One Thousand seven
