       fifteenth day of December seventeen Hundred and
       thirty eight and Registred in our Land Office We do
       therefore hereby Grant unto him the said William
       Cumming Esq.r all that Tract or Parcell of Land called
       Drum Mine lying and being in Prince Georges
       County Beginning at two Bounded Spannish
       Oaks and a Bounded Hickory standing on the South
       West side of a Branch called and known by the
       Name of Benjamins Branch leading into Lingamore
       Creek and Running thence North eighty three
       Degrees East fifty Perches thence North Fifty
       Degrees East one Hundred and twenty four Perches
       then North eighteen Degrees East Ninety two Perches
       then North six Degrees West seventy four Perches
       then North fifty two Degrees West fifty eight Perches
       then North seventy six Degrees West forty four
       Perches then North five Degrees West forty two Perches
       then North seventy two Degrees West eighty seven
       Perches then South sixty Degrees West one hundred
       and twenty six Perches, then North Eighty Degrees
       West thirty four Perches, then North twenty two Degrees
       West eighty four Perches, then South seventy seven
       Degrees West one Hundred and twenty Perches then
       South one Hundred and fourteen Perches, then South
       seventy five Degrees East eighty five Perches, then
