       Ever according to the s.d Natural Boundary and the said
       John Campbell and Lawrence Robinson do hereby Warrant
       and Defend unto Each other all and every the above Demised
       Premisses against all Persons who may or shall Claim
       any Right Title or Property to or in the said Demised
       Premisses In Witness hereof the Parties to these Presents Doth
       hereby Interchangeably Sett their Hands and affix their

       shall come Greeting in our Lord God everlasting Know Ye
       that Whereas William Cumming of the City of Annapolis
       Esq.r by his Humble Petition to our Agent for managem.t
       of Land Affairs within this Province did set forth that
       the Petitioner had on the twenty seventh day of May
       Anno Dom seventeen Hundred and forty two granted
       him a Warrant for one Hundred & fifty Acres of Land
       in Common Form that he had lately Discovered about
       that Quantity of Vacant Land lying in Prince Georges
       County on Lingamore & whereon a Certain Benjamin
       Beecroft Peter Pinkston Jacob Preston Mary Dollerhide
