       September the first 1747 Reced of Samuel Harris the Sum of
       Twenty five Pounds Sterling being the Consideration Money
       within mentioned

       Rec.d Sixteen Shillings Sterling Money of Samuel Harris for
       the Lord Proprietarys Alienation fine for the within mentioned
       420 Acres of Land in behalf of M.r Young Parran his
       Lordships receiver of said fines in Calvert County

X.d   This Indenture made this 29.th day of February Anno
       Dom 1747/8 Between M.r John Campbell of Ann Arundell County
       and Province of Maryland Planter on the one part and Law.r
       Robinson of the County and Province aforesaid Witness That
       Whereas a Tract of Land called Partnership Lying and Situate in
       Prince Georges County upon the Drafts of Lingon oar being taken
       up in Partnership or Company Joyntly Between the s.d Jn.o Campbell
       and Lawrence Robinson and now intending to divide the s.d Tract each
       to have their Seperate Share according to their several Sharers as Specified
       by the Patten Viz.t One hundred and Eighty Acres To the Moiety of Jn.o
       Campbell and one hundred and thirty to the Share of Lawrence Robinson
       And Whereas a Certain Branch or Water Run Proceeding from a
       Spri^n^g Supplying the use of the Dwelling house of Ignatius
       Digges Quarter Intersecting the said Tract and running through
       the said Tract and the said John Campbell Doth hereby Quit
       Claim unto the said Lawrence Robinson all and every that
       part or Quantity which lyeth on the North side of the said
       Branch and the said Lawrence Robinson doth hereby Quit
       Claim unto the said John Campbell of all and every that part
       or Quantity which lyeth on the South side fo the said Branch
       each to have their Several Shares to them and their Heirs for
