       Such Name or Names Quantity or Quantitys of Acres
       as shall be thought fit and Requisite to which Writ
       or Writs the said William Harris appear in proper
       Person and shall Vouch over to Warrantee the Common
       Vouchee and the Common Vouchee shall appear and
       Imparle and afterwards shall make Default whereby
       one or more Recovery or Recoverys Judgment or Judgments
       may be had and given for the said Samuel Harris for
       Recovery of the said Land and Premisses ^as^ af.d against the
       said William Harris and for the said William Harris
       to Recover over in Value against the Common Vouchee
       according to the form of Common Recoveries in such
       Cases used and it is further Covenanted Granted
       and Agreed by and between the Parties to these Presents
       and the True intent and meaning of the Parties to
       these Presents is that from and immediately after the
       said Common Recovery or Recoveries shall be had and
       Prosecuted as af.d of the Lands and Premisses the said
       Recovery or Recoveries shall be and enure and are hereby
       declared to be intended to be and enure that the said Samuel
       Harris and every other Person that shall be seized of the
       Premisses or any part thereof by Virtue of the said Common
       Recovery or Recoveries shall stand and be seized thereof
       and of every part and parcell thereof with their and
       every of their Appurtenances to the only use and behoof
       of the said Samuel Harris his Heirs and Assigns and to
       no other use intent or purpose Whatsoever In Witness
       whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto
       Interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the Day
