Ex.d This Indenture made the first Day of September in the Year
       of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred and forty Seven
       Between William Harris of Calvert County Planter of the one
       part and Samuel Harris of Calvert County Planter of the other
       Twenty five Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain by the
       said Samuel Harris to the said William Harris in hand paid
       on or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the
       Receipt whereof the said William Harris doth hereby acknowledge
       it is Covenanted Concluded and Agreed upon Between the
       Parties to these Presents for them and their Heirs that it shall
       and may be Lawfull for the said Samuel Harris before the
       last Day of the next Provincial Court to Prosecute out
       of the High Court of Chancery one or more Writ or Writs
       of Entry Sur diseizin in the post against the said William
       Harris Returnable to the next Provincial Court whereby
       the said Samuel Harris shall and may Demand against
       the said William Harris all that part of a Tract or Parcell
       of Land with the Appurtenances called Friendship lying in
       Baltimore County and upon the West side of Susquehanna
       River beginning at a Bounded White Oak standing
       on a Ridge being the second Boundary of the said Tract
       of Land called Friendship and running North and by
       West one hundred and Sixty Nine Perches then West and
       by South three Hundred and Eighty Perches to the North
       and by West line of the said Tract of Land Called
       Friendship then South and by East one hundred and sixty
       Nine Perches to a marked Red Oak being the third
       Boundary of the said Tract of Land called Friendship
       then running East and by North to the Beginning being
       the second Boundary of the said Tract of Land called
       Friendship Containing Four hundred Acres of Land by
