396) Manner and form af.d Convey'd against him the said Edward Mobberly and his Heirs and against all and every Other Person and Persons Whatsoever shall and will Warrant and for ever Defend And the said Edward Mobberly doth for himself his Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs Covenant promise Grant and agree to and with the said Isaac Plummer his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Isaac Plummer his Heirs and assigns shall and may peaceably and Quietly have Hold Occupy Possess and Enjoy the af.d Bargained Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances free from any let Suit Molestation or Interruption of any Person or Persons Whatsoever any thing herein Contained to the Contrary Notwithstanding In Witness whereof the Party to these Presents first above named hath hereunto set his hand and fix'd his Seal the Day Year first above Written his Signed Sealed & Delivered Edward E Mobberly Seal in presence of Mark Robert Gordon, Thomas Bennet On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorsed Viz Maryland fs.t Then Came the within named Edward Mobberly before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and acknowledged the within Instrument to be his Act and Deed March 8 1747 Acknowledged before me Robert Gordon Received of Isaac Plummer Eleven Pounds Sterling Money the within Consideration of the within mentioned Land and Premisses as Witness my hand this 8.th March 1747 Test his Robert Gordon Edward E Mobberly Mark 9 March 1747 Recd of Isaac Plummer Nineteen pence half penny Sterl for the use of the Right Honourable the Lord Propry 6 s.ds being for the Alienation fine of the within forty Acres of Land Recorded March 9.th 1747 Benj.a Tasker |
