Ex.d This Indenture ^Tripartite^ made this tenth day of
       October in the Year of our Lord Christ One thousand
       Seven hundred and forty seven Between Richard
       Kennard of Kent County in the Province of Maryland
       Planter of the first part John Watts of the same County
       Planter of the second part and James Calder of the same
       County Gentleman of the third part Witnesseth that
        the same Richard Kennard as well for the Docking
        Barring and Cutting of all Estates Tail Reversions
       Remainders and all other Estate and Estates terms
       and Interests heretofore Created limitted and Declared
       of of in or Concerning all that Tract or parcel of
       Land Scituate lying and being heretofore in Cecil
       County but now in Kent County af.d near the head of
       a Small Cove called Collets Cove Runing out of Chirn
       Creek Begining at a marked Chesnut and Runing
       South East One hundred and fifty eight Perches
       thence South West One hundred fifty two Pches
       thence North West One hundred fifty eight Perches
       thence North East to the first Bounded Chesnut Containing
       by Estimation One hundred and fifty two Acres
       of Land more or less and for the Settling and Assuring
       the same tract or parcel of Land with the Appurtenances  
       to and for the uses intent and purposes herein thereby
