       him the said Charles Carroll his heirs & Assigns for
       ever against her the said Elizabeth Lloyd her heirs Ex.rs
       Admr.s or any other Person or Persons whatsoever Claiming
       or to claim any Right Title or Interest thereunto & further
       that the said Eliz.a Lloyd & her heirs & all & every other
       person or persons & her & their heirs any thing having or Claiming
       in the said Premisses above mentioned or any part thereof
       by from or under her Shall & will at all times hereafter at the
       request & Cost of the said Charles Carroll his heirs & Assigns
       make do & Execute or Cause to procure to be made all &
       every such further & other lawfull & reasonable acts grants
       or Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further better &
       more perfect Granting conveying & assuring of the Land
       premisses with the appurtenances unto the said Charles     
       Carroll his Heirs & Assigns to the only proper Use &
       behoof of the said Charles Carroll his heirs & Assigns
       for ever according to the true intent & meaning of these presents
       as by the said Charles Carroll his heirs or Assigns or his or
       their Council Learned in the Law shall be reasonably
       Devised or advised and required in Witness whereof the
       said Elizabeth Lloyd hath hereunto sett her hand &
       affixed her Seales the Day & Year above mentioned

             Signed Sealed & Delivered         Eliz.a Lloyd   Seale
          in the presence of

             Tho.s Franklin

       Att the Foot of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst
       Viz.t
