       Holland which said W.m Holland Did by his last
       will & Testament in Writing Devise and Bequeath the af.d
       two Tracts or Parcels of Land unto the af.d Elizabeth Lloyd
       his then Wife which said two Tracts of Land Lye in Baltimore County
       af.d near the head of Middle River being the Land whereof the
       said William Holland Lived Relation to the af.d several and
       Respective Deeds being had more fully & at large will & may appear
       Now This Indenture therefore Witnesseth that the said
       Elizabeth Lloyd for & in Consideration of the sum of Seventy pounds
       Current Money of Maryland & Seven Pounds Six Shillings &
       Eight Pence Sterling to her in hand already Paid or Secured to
       be paid by the said Charles Carroll before the Ensealing &
       Delivery of these Presents the Receipts whereof the said Eliza
       Lloyd Doth hereby acknowledge & therewith to be fully satisfied
       Contented & paid hath given granted Bargained Sold Enffeofed
       & Confirmed & by these presents do give grant bargain Sell
       Enfeoff & Confirm unto him the said Charles Carroll his heirs &
       Assigns for ever the af.d two Tract or Parcell of Land Called
       the Oblong & Enloes' Choice containing three hundred Acres
       of Land more or less Together with all Rights Proffits
       Benefits Priviledges & appurtenances thereunto belonging
       or in any wise appurtaining to have & to hold the said two
       Tracts or parcels of Land & every part & parcell thereof
       with all & Singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging
       the said Charles Carroll his heirs & Assigns for ever &
       the said Elizabeth Lloyd for herself her heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs
       Doth hereby Covenant promise grant & agree to & with
       the said Charles Carroll his heirs & Assigns by these presents
       that She the said Elizabeth Lloyd her heirs Exr.s Adm.rs
       shall & will from time to time & at all times hereafter
       Warrant & for ever Defend the af.d two Tracts or Parcels
       of Land & premisses with the appurtenances unto
