       Daniel Dulany and Henrietta Maria his wife and for
       them to Recover in Value against the Common Vouchee and
       Execution shall be thereupon had and awarded accordingly
       and all and every other Act and thing done and Executed
       Sufficient Needfull and Requisite for suffering and perfecting
       such common Recovery or Recoveries as af.d and it is
       hereby declared and agreed by and between all the said parties
       to these Presents that from and immediately after the suffering
       and perfecting the said Common Recovery or Recoveries so
       as af.d or in any other manner the same shall be and enure
       and shall be Adjudged deemed Construed and taken and
       so are and were meant and intended to be and Enure and
       the Recoveror or Recoverors in the said Recovery or Recoveries
       named and their and every of their Heirs shall stand and be
       Seised of the said Tract of Land with the Appurtenances
       to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said Henrietta
       Maria wife of the said Daniel Dulany and Party to these
       Presents and of her heirs and Assigns for ever and no other
       use intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof
       the said Parties to these Presents have hereunto Set their
       hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written

       W.m Rogers   Ja Brown                       E Dorsey    seal
       Sealed & Delivered by Stephen Bordley

          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst
       October the 29.th 1747 Daniel Dulany Esq.r and Henrietta
       Maria his wife parties to the within Deed Acknowledged
       the same according to the Directions of the Act of Assembly
       in such Cases Provided before me William Rogers Esq.r
       one of the Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland
