       according to the Act of Assembly in such cases Provided by Mary
       Frazier party thereto before me the subscriber one of the Justices
       of the Provincial Court               John Brice

Ex.d   This Indenture made this 6 Day of February in the
       year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred forty four
       between Elizabeth Lloyd of Baltimore County in the
       Province of MaryLand Widdow of the one part &
       Charles Carroll of he City of Annapolis Surgeon of the
       other part whereas a Certain Hendrick Enloes the County
       af.d had on or about the year of our Lord one Thousand Six
       hundred Eighty & Seven by his Lordships Letter Pattent
       granted him a Tract or Parcel of Land called the ObLong
       for the Quantity of one hundred & fifty Acres which said Land
       the said Hendrick Enloes Did by the Deed of Bargain &
       Sale Duly Executed on or about the fourth Day of August
       one Thousand Seven hundred & Two Sell & Convey the
       same to a Certain W.m Holland & whereas the same
       Hendrick Enloes had Surveyed & laid out for him one other
       Tract of Land Called Enloes Choice Containing one hundred
       & fifty Acres adjoyning to the other Tract of Land Called
       the Oblong which said one hundred Fifty Acres of Land
       Called Enloes Choice became the Right of a certain Abraham
       Enloes & Elizabeth his Wife who did by their Deed of
       Bargain & Sale bearing Date on or about the first Day of
       April one thousand seven hundred Sell Transfer the
       same Land called Enloes Choice unto the af.d W.m
