       Except that Part of the said Pistoles Thickett heretofore
       Conveyed by him to the said Charles And that he the
       said Charles Carroll his Heirs & Assigns for Ever shall &
       may peaceably have hold use occupy & enjoy the
       said bargained Premisses And the said John Harryman
       Doth likewise Covenant & Agree to warrant & Defend the
       same as well against him the said John as against
       all manner of Person or Persons from by or under him
       the said John or his Heirs claiming or to claim In
       Witness whereof & the aforegoing Premisses the said Parties
       to these Presents have Interchangeably set their     
       Hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written
