343) One thousand Seven hundred & fifteen for One Hundred Acres and Which became the Right of the said John Harryman which said Part is computed at about Ninety Acres which with ten Acres or thereabouts of the same Land already Conveyed to him the said Charles by the said Harryman makes the whole of the said Hundred Acres As also one other Tract of Land called Addition to Pistole Thickett granted unto the said John Harryman on the Eighth Day of June in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred twenty seven for fifty Acres of Land both Scituate & being in Baltimore County on the Drafts of the North East branch of Back river together with all & Singular the Orchards Houses Fencing Pastures Woods Underwoods Profitts Advantages & Appurtenances whatsoever on or to the said Two tracts or Parcells of Land or any Part of them or either of them belonging ariseing or appurtaining To have and to hold unto him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assignes for Ever to him & their proper Use and behoofe & to no other Use Purport or Intent whatsoever the said Tract of Land called Pistole Thickett Containing One hundred Acres as afores.d and the Addition to Pistole Thickett Containing fifty Acres together with all & Singular their & each of their Appurtenances And the said John Harryman doth for himself and his Heirs Covenant & agree to & with him the said Charles Carroll that at the time fo the Ensealing & Delivery of these Presents he the said John hath Good Right full Power & Lawfull Authority to give grant sell alien and Confirm the said Two tracts of Land with their Appurtenances unto him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs & Assignes for Ever (Except) |
