       my Heirs shall and will from time to time and at all
       times ^forever^ hereafter do make acknowledge suffer
       and Execute or cause to be made done, acknowledged
       suffered & Executed all every such further and other
       Act or Acts thing or things assurances or Conveyances
       in the Law or by the said William Maccubbin
       his Heirs or Assings or his or their Council
       learned in the Law shall be from time to time
       reasonably Devised or advised for the further and
       Singular the Premisses hereby Clearly & Absolutely
       given and granted or intended to be absolutely
       given & granted so that there be no further or other
       Warrantee Contained therein than to Warrant
       the same from me the said Enoch Conly and my Heirs
       and all other Persons Claiming by from or under me
       the said Enoch Conly or my Heirs according to the
       True Intent & meaning of these Presents In
       Witness whereof I the said Enoch Conly have
       hereunto set my Hand & Seal the 19.th Day of
       Aug.t Anno Dimini 1747
       signed Sealed & delivered   Enoch Conly   Seal
       in the Presence of us

          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed (Viz)
