335) Run by the Mono^co^cy Road the said Run descends into Little Pipe Creek running thence West Eighteen Perches North thirty Perches thence East Eighty Perches thence South Thirty Eight Perches thence East Thirty Perches Thence East ^South^ one hundred &^ Twenty four Perches thence West one hundred & Twelve Perches thence North one hundred Perches thence by a Direct Line to the first Bounded Tree Containing and now laid out for one hundred Acres more or less together with all & Singular the Premisses & Appurtenances to the said Tract or Parcell of Land belonging or any ways appurtaining To have & to hold the said Tract or Parcell of Land together with the Premisses & appurtenances thereto belonging unto him the said William Maccubbin his Heirs & Assigns forever to the only Proper use & behoof of him the said William Maccubbin his Heirs & Assigns and to no other use or Purpose whatsoever And I the s.d Enoch Conly for myself and my Heirs doth hereby Promise grant and agree to & with the said William Maccubbin his Heirs & Assigns forever that I the said Enoch Conly and my Heirs shall and will from time to time and at all times forever hereafter Warrant & Defend the said Tract or Parcell of Land & Premisses with it's appurtenances against all Manner of Persons Claiming or to Claim any right Title or Interest unto the said Tract or Parcell of Land and Premisses with it's appurtenances from by or under me the said Enoch Conly and my Heirs but no further and I the said Enoch Conly ^do^ further Promise for myself and my Heirs to the said William Maccubbin his heirs and Assigns that I the said Enoch Conly and (my) |
