337) and Estate of the within Named William Maccubbin Taken and acknowledged his heirs & Assigns forever before Nath Wakkam W.m Beatly Reced Sept.r (2.d 1747) of M.r William Maccubbin four Shillings Sterling for his Lordships use (it being the Alieenation fine on the within mentioned one hundred Acres of Land) by Virtue of a Commission from Benj.a Tasker Esq.r his said Lordships agent & Receiver 7 1/2 sides General Rich.d Dorsey Recorded Sept.r 2.d 1747 Ex.d This Indenture made the Twenty eighth Day of August in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred & forty Seven Between Eleanor Poole of Prince Georges County Widow & Relict of John Pool late of the said County deced of the one Part and Ashbury Sutton of the City of Annapolis Gent of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Eleanor Pool for & in Consideration of the sum of Twenty Pounds Current Money of Maryland to her in hand at and before the ensealing & Delivery of these Presents by the said Ashbury Sutton well & truly paid whereof and wherewith she acknowledged ^herself fully^ Satisfyed and Paid and thereof and of every Part & Parcell thereof doth Clearly & Absolutely acquit and Discharge the said Ashbury Sutton his Heirs Exors & Adm.rs forever by these Presents hath Granted Bargained sold & Confirmed and by these Presents doth fully Clearly & Absolutely Grant Bargain Sell & Confirm unto the said Ashbury Sutton his Heirs & Assigns forever All that Tract or Parcell of Land called Pool's Delight Scituate lying & being in Prince Georges County af.d and Beginning (at) |
