       Perfected the same Recovery and the Execution thereof
       should be & enure & the Recoverer thereof & his Heirs &
       Assigns shall from thence forth stand & be Seized of & in
       in the Recovered Premisses with the appurtenances to
       the only Proper use and behoof of the same John Brice
       his Heirs & Assigns forever and the said Alexander Hamilton
       and Elizabeth Lewis for themselves & their Heirs Jointly
       and severally do hereby Remise release and forever
       Quit Claim unto him the said John Brice (in his Peaceable
       and Quiet Seisin ^thereof^ now being) and to his Heirs & Assigns forever
       all the Estate right Title Interest Property Claim and
       Demand whatsoever of them the said Alexander Hamilton
       & Elizabeth Lewis of in or to the Recovered Premisses
       with the appurtenances To have and to hold the same
       Recovered Premisses with the appurtenances to him the
       said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns to his & their
       own Proper use & behoof for ever In Witness whereof
       the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably
       Put their Hands & Seals the day & Year first above Written
       Signed sealed & Delivered in the presence of Alex.r Hamilton   seal
       Ariana Brice, Robert Gordon Eliz.a her Lewis   seal

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t)
       Mem.d that on the 20.th Day of July Anno Dom 1747 before me
       the subscriber ^one^ of his Lordships Provincial Justices personally
       appeared the within Named Alex.r Hamilton &
       Eliz.a Lewis who severally acknowledged the within
       Deed according to the Form & Effect thereof & the Lands &
       Tenements therein mentioned to the wihtin Named
6 sides John Brice his Heirs & Assigns to his & their own
       Proper use & behoof forever   before me
