       of the Second Part and John Brice of the City af.d of the third Part
       Whereas by and upon a Writ of Entry upon Disseison in the Post
       returnable before the Justices of the Provincial Court the second     
       Tuesday of April last Past the said Alexander Hamilton did Demand
       against the said John Brice one hundred & forty Nine Acres of Plantable
       land originally laid out for fifty acres and called Lusby and by
       a resurvey thereof made by Robert Jubb late of Ann Arundel County
       af.d was called Yorkshire Hall & found to Contain one hundred forty
       and Nine Acres of Land & afterwards Patented to Hellen Campbell
       (the Wife of John Campbell who was heretofore the Widow of the
       said Robert Jubb) and called Campbells Purchase with the
       appurtenances unto which same Writ the same John Brice
       on the same second Tuesday in April did appear and thereupon
       did Vouch the said Elizabeth Lewis to Warrantee of the Premisses
       so Demanded who forthwith appeared & entered into the Warrantee
       of the Premisses & further Vouched to Warrantee of the Premisses
       the Common Vouchee who forthwith appeared & entered into the
       Warrantee of the same & afterwards made Default whereupon
       a Common recovery of the Premisses with the appurtenances was
       had & Prosecuted as by the Record thereof in the said Provincial  
       Court now remaining more fully appears Now this Indenture
       Witnesseth that it is Covenanted Granted & agreed by
       and between the Parties to these Presents and the said Alex.r
       Hamilton & Elizabeth Lewis for themselves their Heirs Exors
       & Adm.rs do hereby Covenant Grant & agree to and with the said
       John Brice his Heirs & Assigns forever & do also Signify and
       Declare that the true intent & meaning of the same Alexander
       and Elizabeth now is and at the time of suffering the
       recovery af.d was that after the said Recovery had and
