       by her had Issue now living also all the Estate Right Title
       Interest Property Claim and Demand of him the said Edmund
       Jenings as Tenant by the Curtesie of England af.d ^of^ morto Two
       Tracts or Parcells of Land lying in Cecil County af.d the one called
       Frisby's Adventure and Containing three hundred acres the other
       called Ariana Containing two Hundred & fifty acres and Patented to
       the said Ariana by the Name of Ariana Frisby, together with all
       Houses Building Fences & Improvements on the said several
       Tracts of Land or any of them being or appertaining To have
       and to hold all & Singular the said Several Tracts or Parcells of
       Land with all & Singular the appurtenances thereto or to any of
       them belonging or in any wise appertaining unto them the said
       John Brice & Sarah his Wife, W.m Harris and Ariana Margaritta
       his Wife & Daniel Cheston & Francina Augustina his
       Wife for and during the Natural life of him the said Edmund
       Jenings to and for the sole use and benefit of the said John Brice &
       Sarah his Wife W.m Harris and Ariana Margaritta his Wife
       and Daniel Cheston & Francina Augustina his Wife their
       Heirs & Assigns & to & for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
       In Witness whereof the said Edmund Jenings hath hereunto set
       his Hand & Seal the Day & Year above Written
       Sealed & Delivered in the Presence of
       W.m Rogers                                             Edm Jenings   Seal
       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t
       Be it Remembred that on the 27.th Day of May 1747
       The within Named Edmund Jenings Esq.r acknowledged the within
       Instrument of Writing to be his Act & Deed & the Lands
       therein Contained to be the Right & Estate of the within
       Named John Brice & Sarah his Wife, W.m Harris and Ariana
       Margaritta his Wife & Daniel Cheston & Francina Augustina
5 1/2 sides his Wife their Heirs & Assigns according to the true Intent & meaning
       of the within Deed the Act of Assembly in that Case made & Provided
       Recorded June 29 1747            before me         W.m Rogers
