       Named Lance Todd before me the Subscriber ^one^ of his Lordships
       Provincial Justices Acknowledged the within Land and Negro
       woman to be the Right and Estate of the within Named Onorio Razolini
       his heirs and Assigns according to the Directions of the Act of Assembly
       in that Case made and Provided Taken and Acknowledged before
       Recorded June 11.th 1747                  me W.m Rogers

Ex.d This Indenture made the    Day of May in the Year of our Lord God
       Seventeen Hundred forty & Seven Between Edmund Jenings of the City of
       Annapolis in the Province of Maryland Esq.r of the one Part and John Brice
       and Sarah his Wife W.m Harris and Ariana Margaritta his Wife & Dan.l
       Cheston and Francina Augustina his Wife of the other Part Witnesseth
       that the said Edmund Jenings for and in Consideration of the Sum of
       five Shillings to him in hand Paid by the said John William & Dan.l
       the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge hath Granted
       Bargained Sold Assigned Released & Confirmed & by these Presents
       doth Grant, Bargain, Sell, Assign ^release^ & Confirm unto them the said
       John Brice & Sarah his Wife W.m Harris & Ariana Margaritta his
       Wife & Daniel Cheston & Francina Augustina his Wife all the Right,
       Title, Interest, Estate, Property, Claim or Demand whatsoever
       which he the said Edmund Jenings heretofore had or now hath As
       Tenant by the Courtesie of England of in or to the Several Tracts of
       Land lying in Cecil County in the Province af.d which were James
       Frisby's late of Cecil County af.d Deced & which the said James by his
       Testament and last will Devised to Ariana Frisby his Wife
       with which Ariana the said Edmund Jenings intermarri^e^d and
