       Forever and to and for no Other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
       and This Indenture further Witnesseth
       that the Said Lance Todd for the Consideration aforementioned
       Hath Bargained and Sold and by these Presents Doth
       Bargain and Sell unto the said Onorio Razolini his Ex.rs Adm.rs
       and Assigns one Negro Woman called Penny unto him the said
       Onorio Razolini his Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assigns forever
       Provided always Nevertheless and it is the True Intent
       and meaning of these Presents and of the Parties to the Same that
       in Case the said Bills of Exchange abovementioned shall be paid
       by the said Philpott and Lee that then these Presents shall cease
       and be Utterly Void and of no Effect and the said Lance Todd
       doth hereby for himself his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs Covenant
       Promise and Agree to and with the said Onorio Razolini his
       Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assigns that if any one of the Bills of
       Exchange abovementioned Shall Come back Protested or that
       the said Philpot and Lee do not pay the Same that then he the said
       Lance Todd his heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall and will well and Truly
       Pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Onorio Razolini his Executors
       Adm.rs or Assigns the said Bill of Exchange together with all
       Lawfull Cost Damages and Interest Suffered and Sustained
       by the Same Onorio Razolini by means or Occasion of the Protestation
       thereof as also the Cost and Charge of Drawing and Recording
       these Presents and that he and they will Warrant the said Land and
       Negrowoman unto him the said Onorio Razolini his heirs
       Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assigns against all Manner of Persons
       Whatsoever In Witness whereof the said Lance Todd hath
       hereunto Set his hand and Seal the Day and Year above written
       Sealed & Delivered
       In presence of                                          Lance Todd      seal
          Geo Lingan                     On the Back of the aforegoing
          Tho.s Harwood Jun         Mortgage was thus Endorst (Viz.t)
