       Of June Anno Dom 1747 The within named Charles Lake
       appeared before Us Two of the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary
       Justices of the Peace for the County af.d and Acknowledged the
       foregoing Writing of Bargain and Sale to be his Act and Deed and
       all and every the Lands Goods Chattels Rights and Credits therein
       mentioned to be the Right and Property of Thomas Reynolds of said
       County Merchant his heirs and Assigns forever on the Conditions in
       the Same writing mentioned and Expressed In Testimony whereof
       hereunto we have Subscribed our names the Date af.d

Ex.d Maryland fs   This Indenture made this Twenty
       Eighth Day of May in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven
       hundred and forty Seven Between Lance Todd of Ann.ll County
       Planter of the one part and Onorio Razolini of the Same County
       Merchant of the Other part Whereas the said Lance Todd hath
       on the Day of the Date hereof drawn a Sett of Bills of Exchange
       on Mes.rs Philipot and Lee Merchants in London payable to the said
       Onorio Razolini for Nineteen Pounds Eighteen Shillings Ster.l
       Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Lance
       Todd for Securing the payment of Said Bills together with Damages
       Cost and Charges therein in Case the Same should happen to be
       Protested and for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings
       Sterling to be paid by him the said Onorio Razolini the Receipt whereof
       is hereby Acknowledged Hath Demised Granted Bargained
       and Sold and by these Presents Doth Demise Grant Bargain &
       Sell unto the said Onorio Razolini his heirs and Assigns all that
       Tract of Land lying in Baltimore County called Todds Forrest
       Containing Two hundred and fifty Acres together with all Building^s^
       Improvements and Other Appurtenances thereunto belonging To
       have and to hold the Said Tract of Land called Todds
       Forrest unto him the Said Onorio Razolini his heirs and Assigns
