       Other Lawfull Deed or Deeds of Conveyance according to the
       True Intent and meaning of this present Deed for the more sure
       Conveying and making Over unto him the said James Carroll
       Croxall his heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns all the
       above Bargained Land and Premisses as he or his heirs Ex.rs
       Adm.rs or Assigns or his Or their Council Learned in the Law
       shall devise advise or require Provided the same shall
       Accord with the True Intent and meaning of these Presents
       In Witness whereof I have set my hand Affixed my seal
       the Day and Year above written Signed Sealed and Delivered
       in presence of

       B Young               On the Back of the aforegoing Conveyance
                                  was thus Endorst (Viz.t)

       1747 May 30.th   Then Came before me one his Lordships Justices
       of the Provincial Court the within named Joanna Croxall and
       Acknowledged the with Bargained Land and Premisses to be
       the Right and Estate of the within named James Carroll Croxall
       of Baltimore County according to the True Intent and meaning
       of the within Deed                                 B Young
   
       May 30.th 1747   Then Received of James Carroll Croxall the sum
       of One hundred Twenty and Two Pounds in full Consideration
       of the within Bargained Land and Premisses
       Witness                                       Joanna Croxall
       Char Carroll
       Benjamin Young
       Received of M.r James Croxall for the use of the Right
       Honourable the Lord Baltimore One pound three Shillings
       and Ten pence Sterling being for the Alienation fine of the w.thin
       five hundred and Eighty Seven Acres of Land I say Rec.d
