       Begining bounded Locust Post Containing by Estimation
       fifty nine Acres of Land more or less together with all and Singular
       the Houses buildings Fences & Improvements on the aforementioned
       Bargained Lands and Premisses being or thereto in any wise
       Appu^e^rtaining or belonging and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders in Rents issues and Profits thereof
       and of every part and parcel thereof also one full and equal
       Twelfth part of the personal Estate of Matthias Vanderheyden
       and Anna Margarita Vanderheyden late of the County af.d
       Grandfather and Grand Mother of the sid Thomas Bordley also
       all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim or Demand
       of what nature or kind soever of him the said Thomas Bordley
       and his heirs of in or To all or any of the Aforementioned Tracts of
       Land Called Frisby's Farm and the af.d part of the Tract of Land
       af.d called Prime Choice butted and Bounded as af.d and the af.d
       full and Equal Twelfth part of the af.d Matthias Vanderheyden
       and Ann Margaritta Vanderheyden their personal Estate
       To have & to hold the said Lands and Premisses with all
       and Singular their and every of their Appurtenances together with
       the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents
       Issues and Profits of the aforementioned Lands called Frisby's
       Farm and part of Frisby's Prime Choice butted & Bounded as
       af.d and also the full and Equal Twelfth part of the said Matthias
       Vanderheyden and Anna Margaritta Vanderheyden their personal
       Estate to him the said Daniel Cheston his heirs and Assigns forever
       to and for the only proper use and behoof of him the said Daniel Cheston
       his heirs and Assigns and to and for no other use Intent or purpose
       whatsoever and the said Thomas Bordley for himself his heirs Ex.rs
       and Adm.rs hereby Covenanted and Agrees to and with the said
       Daniel Cheston his Heirs and Assignes that he the said Thomas
       Bordley and his Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs the af.d Tracts of Land
       called Frisby's Farm and the af.d part of the said Tract of Land
       called Frisby's prime Choice butted and Bounded as af.d together
