       With the full and Equal Twelfth part of the Personal Estate of the said
       Matthias Vanderheyden and Anna Margaritta his wife late of Cecil
       County af.d Deceased unto him the said Daniel Cheston his Heirs and
       Assigns from and against him the said Thomas Bordley and his Heirs
       and from and against all manner of persons Claiming or to Claim by from
       or under him them or any or either of them Shall and will forever Warrant
       and Defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the said parties
       to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably Set their hands and
       Affixed theirs Seals the day and Year above written

       in Presence of
       the word (Interchangeably) being

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t)
       Received the 3.d day of June Anno Dom 1747 of and from Daniel Cheston
       the Sum of Seventy Pounds Sterling being the Consideration within
       mentioned                                                    P Tho.s Bordley

       Witnesses            S Bordley      Mem.d that on the third day of June Anno
       J Bordley                                  Dom 1747 before me the Subscriber one of
       his Lordships Provincial Justices Personally Came & appeared
       the within named Thomas Bordley who Acknowledged the within
       Instrument of writing to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and
       Chattels therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within
       named Daniel Cheston his heirs and Assigns forever according to the
       True Intent and meaning of the Same Deed and the Act of Assembly
       in that Case made and Provided                        Robert Gordon

       Received (June the 4.th 1747) of M.r Daniel Cheston by the hands
       of M.r John Brice the Sum of thirteen Shillings and two pence
       farthing Sterling for his Lordships use (it being the Alienation fine
       on the within mentioned Three hundred and fifty nine Acres of Land)
11 sides by Virtue of a Commission from Benjamin Tasker Esq.r his said
       Lordships Agent and Receiver General               Rich.d Dorsey
       recorded June 8.th 1747
