       Thomas Bordley and to whom he is Heir at Law was in her
       lifetime and at the time of her Death seized in fee & Possessed of
       sundry Tracts of Land ^&^ among the rest of four Tracts of Land
       lying in Cecil County afores.d and which commonly go by
       the Name of the White Marsh Lands to the Reversion ^whereof^ of which
       the said Thomas Bordley claims a right as Heir at Law to his
       said mother and whereas the said Thomas Bordley also
       Claims a Right to an Equal fourth Part of the Personal Estates
       of Mathias Vanderheyden and Anna Margaritta Vanderheyden late
       of Cecil County af.d deced his late Grandfather and Grandmother
       Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Thomas Bordley
       for and in Consideration of the Sum of Seventy Pounds Sterling
       Money of Great Britain to him in hand Paid by the said John
       Brice the Receipt whereof ^He^ the said Thomas Bordley doth hereby
       acknowledge and thereof and rom every Part and Parcell thereof
       doth acquit Exonerate & Discharge the said John Brice his
       Heirs and Assigns forever hath given Granted Bargained sold
       Aliened Enfeoffed released Assigned Confirmed & forever quit
       Claim and by these Presents he the said Thomas Bordley
       for him self his Heirs Executors and Administrators Doth
       give grant Bargain sell alien Enfeoff release assign Confirm
       and forever quit Claim unto the said John Brice his
       Heirs and Assigns forever all that Tract or Parcell of Land
       lying in Cecil County af.d on the south side of Bohemia
       River and on the West side of the south Branch of a Creek
       called Scotchmans Creek which said Tract of Land is
       called Frisbys Forrest & Contains three Hundred & seventy
       Acres of Land more or Less according to Patent granted to
       James Frisby of Cecil County Deced bearing Date the
       Tenth Day of September Sixteen Hundred & Eighty three
       also all that Part of a Tract of Land called Frisby's Prime
