294) Tract exceed five Hundred Acres as by the said Will duly Proved and Recorded may appear Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Charles Carroll for and in Consideration of One hundred & forty Pounds Sterling Money to him in hand Paid the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and thereof doth hereby acquit and Discharge the said Thomas Harrison his Heirs Exors Adm.rs by these Presents Hath given Granted Bargained sold Aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed unto him the said Thomas Harrison his Heirs & Assigns All that Tract or Parcell of Land & marsh at the East and of Baltimore Town from the North side of the Cawseway below the Bridge being Part of a Tract or Parcell of Land called Cole's Harbour & Todd's Range Containing by Estimation Twenty Eight Acres more or less Beginning for the same at the end of the South fifty three & a half Degrees East Six Perch Line of Baltimore Town af.d and Running thence Bounding on & with the North Eighty Six Perch Line thereof North Eighty Six Perches then North forty Nine Degrees East twenty four Perches to the foot fo the said Causeway then along the said Causeway North thirty four & a half Degrees East Eight Perches to the bridge thence running on the Marsh the following Courses Bounding on & with the Creek (that is to say) south forty two Degrees East twenty four Perches south Twenty Eight Degrees East thirty two Perches South thirteen Degrees East forty Eight Perches South Sixteen Perches North Seventy five & a half Degrees West fourteen Perches North Two Degrees East twenty Eight Perches North Twenty seven (and) |
