       May 5.th 1747  Then Came Arden Mariartee before me the subscriber
       One of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and Acknowledged
       all & singular the Right Title Claim Interest & Demand
       of in and to the Part or Parcell of Land within mentioned & Premisses
       with the Appurtenances to be in the within Named Osborn Sprigg
       his Heirs & Assigns forever                                 John Hepburn
       Received of M.r Osborn Sprigg Six Shillings Sterl for the use of
       the Right Honble the Lord Baltimore being for the alienation fine
       of the within one hundred & fifty acres of Land

Ex.d This Indenture made this Twenty first Day May in the
       Year of our Lord seventeen Hundred & forty Seven Between Charles Carroll
       of the City of Annapolis in Ann Arundel County in the Province of Maryland
       Esq.r of the one Part And Thomas Harrison of Baltimore County
       in the Province af.d Merchant of the other Part Witnesseth Whereas
       Charles Carroll Esq.r late of the City & County of Ann Arundel af.d Deced
       by his last will & Testament in Writing bearing Date the first day
       of December seventeen hundred and Eighteen among other
       things therein Contained bequeath all his Lands in Baltimore
       County to his sons Charles and Daniel as also all his Mortgages
       as by the said Will duly Proved and Recorded may appear And
       the said Daniel Carroll by his last will and Testament in
       Writing bearing Date the Twelfth day of April seventeen
       Hundred & thirty four did will & Authorize Charles Carroll Party
       to this Deed to sell all his Lands which should not in any one
